Nantwich Show and Cheese Awards return
THE Nantwich Show and the International Cheese Awards return to the town this summer.
The dual event will take over Dorfold Park on Wednesday July 27.
The event will stage the largest cheese show in the world, with some 4,500 entries of every type of cheese imaginable.
Celebrity chefs – James Martin, Will Holland, and Sean Wilson will be doing live cookery demonstrations throughout the day.
There will also be some 450 trade stands, specialising in everything from clothes and crafts to tractors and new cars.
The Shopping and Craft Marquee and Food Hall will cater for most tastes.
In addition there will be displays of cattle, horses, sheep, poultry, pigeons and dogs.
The Countryside Pursuits Area will be packed all day with ring displays and demonstrations.
The show’s rapidly expanding vintage cars, tractors and machinery section offers a nostalgic look back at motoring from a bygone age.
The event will feature an afternoon parade in the main ring and stunning stunt displays from the Bolddog freestyle team (pictured).
