A photographic exhibition by Nantwich Camera Club was launched in the town’s museum this month.

The free display features recent work from members of the successful club and runs in the Millennium Gallery until November 11.

The popular annual exhibition includes print and projected images with a wide range of inspiring subjects.

A number of the prints will be available for sale and visitors will be invited to choose their favourite photograph.

The Camera Club was formed in 1981 to promote photography as a hobby and provide an opportunity for members to develop their skills in a social environment.

The wide range of club activities include lectures, demonstrations, practical events and competitions.

The first club exhibition was held in Nantwich Library in 1983 and the first exhibition at the museum in 2002 celebrating the club’s 21st anniversary.
